City Hall is located on the corner of Elm and Second St. This is the south entrance on Elm. The police and fire department face Second St. The city's volunteer fire department was first known as the R.F. Pioneer Fire Company No.#1 in 1885. The River Falls Times newspaper had its office just across the street from this site around 1910.
