The East Side of Main Street

Between Maple and Elm St.

The corner of Main and Maple St. looking northeast.

The Tremont Building hardly looks as it did in the 1940's. It sits on the north corner of Main and Elm.

Across Elm St. from the Tremont sits this row of businesses and shops. Included is a century old drug store.

The middle section of Main, between Elm and Walnut St., features a cafe and several specialty shops. Main St. has had it share of parades. In the 1880's and early 1890's people would line the streets three deep to view the Ringling Bros. Circus procession.
