CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL – the workshop convened at 6:30 p.m.

Members present: Mayor Don Richards, Susan Reese, Todd Schultz, Erin Tomlinson, Ellen Smith, David Cronk, Sandy Bowen, Scott Morrissette, Reid Wronski

There was a quorum present at all times.

Staff present: Buddy Lucero, Planning Director; Carl Gaulke, Utilities General Manager

The Plan Commission met in a workshop setting to discuss Title 16 subdivision regulations. No formal action was taken, but after review and discussion, the consensus of the Plan Commissioners was to recommend to the City Council that the Official Map should be amended to include all of the Extraterritorial Zoning Boundary within the Subdivision Boundary. Staff will bring the recommendation before the City Council for their review and action required.

The workshop adjourned at approximately 8:15 p.m.
