The City of River Falls currently has land available in Whitetail Corporate Park, which is located on the north side of the City on Highway 35.  This park is served by municipal electric, water and sewer, and is promoted by the River Falls Economic Development Corporation. 

 

 

The City is also served by both the Pierce County Economic Development Corporation and the St. Croix County Economic Development Corporation.  The City offers developer incentives for locating within the City's tax increment districts.
