Sterling Ponds Corporate Park Development Workshop

A planning workshop was held on Tuesday, November 5th at 6:30 pm in the lower level of the River Falls Public Library. At the workshop, City staff provided background on the corporate park project and updated attendees on Highway 35 interchange progress. Productive table discussions took place focusing on development standards, street connections, transition areas between neighborhoods, and other development features.

A PDF version of the basemap used at the workshop can be viewed here.

Since the November workshop, staff has developed conceptual site plans for the future corporate park. These concept plans available for viewing below, along with draft development covenants and design guidelines, and will be further refined following analysis and feedback from policy makers and the public. The Plan Commission reviewed these items at its February 4th meeting at City Hall. More information can be found on the Sterling Ponds Corporate Park project page.
