In almost all cases, I have modified the original recipes in an attempt to reduce the fat while still preserving the flavor. As a result, most of these recipes are low-fat containing less than thirty percent calories from fat. I've kept only those recipes which my husband and I feel taste good (you don't want to try the failures). We hope you enjoy the recipes as much as we have!
