River Falls Girls Basketball Association (RFGBA) will provide an opportunity for youth girls committed to playing in a highly competitive game of basketball. This will be accomplished by providing an adequate amount of practice time, as well as participation in competitive basketball tournaments, to continually improve the performance of the individual player and the team. This program seeks to foster good sportsmanship from our players, coaches, parents, and fans during all RFGBA practices, tournament games, and events!  Forms and info are available on the website and at the Park & Rec office. River Falls Wrestling has a wonderful program specifically designed for both the experienced as well as the first-time wrestler from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade.  Dave Black brings a wealth of knowledge and his primary purpose is to keep our program on track, keep it fun and help parents understand exactly what is happening, make them comfortable and keep them informed and engaged.  Butch Cummings is the coach and instructor and works on the mat with the kids on technique and skills but keeps things fun keeps things moving along.  Throughout the season, guest clinicians will provide some new perspective and insight to the kids.   Our first practice begins on January 20, 2011 at the Meyer Middle School in the lower level.  Parents are highly encouraged to stay during the 1-hour practice and watch from the bleachers.  Contact youth director Dave Black at info@riverfallswrestling.org for further details and information

4 sessions are offered for toddlers through Team level classes from Sept – May.  For boys and girls ages 18 months - 18 years.  Children 18 months – 6 yrs go to our Preschool Gym called “Jungle Gym.” Children 7 and older go to the main “Big Gym” at Meyer Middle School.  To register and for more info, check out the website!  Schedules available starting in July and through out the year.  Questions? 425-6007

Summer Rec. Soccer - For grades 1^st – 4^th, runs from June 11^th - July 30^th, Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6-8pm at Glen Park.   Fee: $50
Fall Rec. Soccer - For grades K-8, runs from September 10th - October 15th, Saturday mornings from 8am-1pm at Golfview Soccer Fields.   Deadline: July 15. $10 late fee will be applied.   Forms may be picked up or dropped off at the Park & Rec office or mail to the address on form.  Fees: Grade K - $45, 1st-2 - $50, 3-8 - $55

The River Falls Swim Club (RFSC) is a USA Swimming competitive swim team which has 3 sessions; Fall (Sept-Dec), Winter Dec.-Mar.) and Summer (late May-July). To register for the Summer Session go to the website for a registration form usually due by May 1st.  Must be able to swim 25 yds (1 length) of front crawl (& back) w/ rhythmic breathing or have passed level 4.
