The City of River Falls is served by a municipal court that adjudicates all municipal ordinance actions.  The actions taken are related to:

aspects of the law.


Municipal Court Window Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday:  8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Wednesday:  9:00 AM - 4:30 PM or until Court is in session.

Payments

  1. You may mail your fine payment to the River Falls Municipal Court at 115 East Elm Street, River Falls, WI  54022.  Please be sure to include your citation number with your payment.
    Do not mail cash.  Make checks or money orders payable to: 
    CITY OF RIVER FALLS

  2. You may pay by credit card by calling 1-800-272-9829.  CLICK HERE for more information regarding payment by credit card.

  3. You may pay your fine in person at the Municipal Court window.  Pay by cash, check, money order, or credit card.   Please note the hours above. 

  4. If you fail to pay a fine, the Court may suspend your driving privilege or take other action.

Before your Court Date, You May:

  1. Pay your fine.

  2. Request time to pay.  This may be done in person or over the phone.

  3. Enter a plea of not guilty.  CLICK HERE for the form to use for submitting a plea of NOT GUILTY.  Please print the form, fill it out completely and mail or FAX the form to the Clerk of Court.
