Facilities

Collins Park is located at 502 Powell Avenue. It is a 4.32 acre neighborhood park that was developed  in 1995. The park is located northwest of the downtown district. It is part of the Collins Subdivision. Trails within the park provide connectivity with a path system traveling along Powell Avenue to the north, the Patrick Court sidewalk to the south, and the Collins Subdivision to the west. The Town of Troy is directly north of Collins Park; the Kinnickinnic River is located to the west and a storm-water pond is located at the southern end of the park.

The park has open fields for field sports, 1/2 basketball court, play equipment, and swings. Paved trails and sidewalks are on the perimeter of this park. There is also a gazebo, bike rack, picnic tables and benches.
