Disc Golf

Sterling Ponds Park has an 18-hole disc golf course (NEW 2023) and Hoffman Park has a 9-hole disc golf course. If you are not sure how to play check out the game rules.

Pickleball 

River Falls Pickleball Association (RFPBA) Priority Hours for Spring/Summer/Fall at Glen Park are Tuesday 4-7 p.m., Thursday 4-7 p.m., and Sunday 4-7 p.m.  All other times are open to any Pickleball players if there are no reservations. Reservations can be made online at riverfalls.activityreg.com under "reserve park facility." For winter hours and location, please call the visit the River Falls Pickleball Association website at RFPBA.org. 

Softball

There are a variety of adult softball leagues offered in the summertime. If you are looking for a team to join, contact the rec office at recassistant@rfcity.org. Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact sport enjoyed by any level of experience. The league consists of players who have played for years as well as players completely new to the sport (coed ages 14 and up). There are leagues for the Spring/early summer and the Fall.
