The City of River Falls residential parking permit system goes into effect on September 1, 2020, through May 31, 2021 for most residential zones. Permits can be obtained by either submitting an online application or by mailing an application to the River Falls Police Department. You will need proof of residency, as required in Section 12.06.060 of the Municipal Code. If you do not have access to a printer, copies of the mail-in application are available in the Police Department entryway. Due to COVID-19 precautions, the Police Department lobby is closed to walk-in traffic, and we will not be accepting any walk-in submissions at this time.

There is no fee for the initial permit. Replacement permits are $50, transfers are $10.
